John G. Johnson offers independent project cost estimating as a service to architects, developers, and building owners. As an independent service, JGJ’s estimating department can provide in-house accurate civil architectural, structural, fire protection plumbing, mechanical, electrical cost estimates for projects. This service provides a value to the decision makers prior to committing financially and provides an independent third-party cost estimate for the project team. Estimates and take-offs are organized and prepared per CSI’s Master Format for easy readability and use by the team.
