John G. Johnson will work with you as an Agent or as your Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) with a guaranteed maximum price. Under both "open-book" arrangements we will prepare bid packages and assist in receipt of bids, review scopes of work, negotiate subcontracts and manage the work through closeout/turnover. Working at risk allows us the option to self-perform a portion of the work which provides greater control of the project and provides you with a greater sense of cost certainty.
