City of Cleveland Maintenance Garage
CLEVELAND, OHIO – John G. Johnson Construction Company has been awarded the construction of the $5.4 million new East Side Maintenance Garage and Salt Dome project for the City of Cleveland as designed by Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio.
The new 30,000 square foot facility will be constructed on an existing 7.5 acre brownfield site located on Woodland Avenue. The new facility will include an equipment servicing and storage pre-engineered metal building, offices, kitchenette, locker rooms and vehicle storage garage. Outdoor improvements will include a fueling station and a salt dome. Site improvements will include grading, parking, landscaping, and security systems.
John G. Johnson Construction has constructed multiple city maintenance, bus service garages and salt domes throughout Ohio including Painesville Township, Painesville Schools, Solon Schools, Bainbridge Township, City of Woodmere and ODOT District 12 – Black Brook Garage.
